Pat Forde of Y! Sports says that Notre Dame football is essentially built out of the “SEC mold” since the Irish like to run the football down their opponents’ throats and are very defensive-minded. Forde also gets into USC’s woes, the SEC Championship, Gene Chizik’s firing, Ohio State’s perfect season, and Heisman chatter.
